14. Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The arbitration shall take place in the United States. You and Jet's Pizza each agree to bear your own attorneys' fees and costs, except as may be awarded by the arbitrator pursuant to applicable law or the AAA Rules.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or other irreparable harm.

15. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for so long as you access or use the Website or Services. Jet's Pizza reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Website or Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice;
