    The First Oven Lights Up

    Marcus Jet opens the first Jet's pizza location at 1458 N Higley Rd in Gilbert, Arizona. Armed with a family recipe, a stone-deck oven, and an unshakeable belief in bold flavor, the doors open on a Tuesday and sell out by Friday evening.

  • 2005

    The Deep-Dish Revolution

    Jet's pizza launches its now-iconic Jet's Deep-Dish Square — a thick, buttery-crusted pizza that quickly becomes the talk of Gilbert. Local food bloggers name it "the best deep-dish outside Chicago," and demand skyrockets overnight.

  • 2008

    Delivery Goes Live

    Responding to overwhelming customer demand, Jet's pizza launches its first dedicated delivery fleet across the greater Gilbert and Mesa area. Within 90 days, delivery orders account for 40% of total revenue — forever shaping our operational model.
